ChatSFP provides information and donation functionality for Scottish Family Party activity. This page explains how personal information is handled when you use this site.

• Technical and geolocation metadata provided by Cloudflare (for example country/region/city)

How We Use Data

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through SumUp. Card details are handled by SumUp and are not stored by this site.

Storage

Donation metadata is stored in a databaseto support operation, reconciliation, and audit requirements.

Retention

Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to meet legal, accounting, and election compliance obligations.

Your Rights
